All products are made-to-order. 

Barber Wilsons’ general lead time is about 14-18 weeks from the UK.

Barber Wilsons products are made from the very best materials. Each item must be cleaned with a damp cloth only. Products must be wiped dry and no residue or water can be left on the product. There is no warranty for products that have been abused by using liquids, chemicals, or harsh abrasives. The warranty only applies with normal usage and proper care.

Manufacturers reserve the right to change their prices without notice.

To make a warranty claim:

1.  Contact your authorized Alno, Inc. dealer and provide your proof of purchase.
2.  Send the product to Whitter Enterprises for inspection.
3.  Upon inspection, Whitter Enterprises will determine if the product is defective and if it falls within its warranties period. Upon such determination, Barber Wilsons will repair or replace the product with a like or similar item at their discretion.

EXCLUSIONS:  The following are excluded from any and all warranties provided herein:

     (i)    “Living Finishes” or non-lacquered finishes.
     (ii)   Any products that have been improperly cleaned, or exposed to corrosive air, hard water, outdoor use, and natural disaster.
     (iii)  Any additional expenses, including, but not limited to, shipping costs, labor costs, and damages. The warranty applies to the product only.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AT TIME OF INITIAL PURCHASE.

CANCELING AN ORDER
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders that have been put into production cannot be canceled. 

Barber Wilsons & Co. Ltd. offers bespoke services. However, all custom orders are considered FINAL once your order has been accepted.

All orders ship FOB Whitter Enterprises in Riverhead, NY.

To avoid shipping fees, arrangements may be made by calling Roy or Sarah at 1-800-727-6317 to pick your order up from Whitter Enterprises between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm, Monday – Friday.
