This special collection is available in a wide variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, and all of our plated brass sinks are now available “Dual Plated” with a 25% upcharge for a beautifully finished look when the underneath of the bowl is exposed. Overflows can be also added or removed upon request.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Our products are made from the very best materials: solid brass, bronze, high-quality zinc, and Swarovski Crystals. Each item must be cleaned with a damp cloth only. Products must be wiped dry and no residue or water can be left on the product. There is no warranty for products that have been abused by using liquids, chemicals, or harsh abrasives. Alno, Inc. cabinet hardware and bath accessories warranty only apply with normal usage and proper care.

Policies

WARRANTY

To make a limited lifetime or one (1) year warranty claim:

  1.  Contact your authorized Alno, Inc. dealer and prove your proof of purchase.
  2. Allow Alno, Inc. to inspect your product.
  3. Upon inspection, Alno, Inc. will determine that if the product is defective and is within the warranties provided herein. Upon such determination, Alno, Inc. will repair or replace the product with a like or similar item at their discretion.

EXCLUSIONS:  The following are excluded from any and all warranties provided herein:

     (i)    “Living Finishes” or non-lacquered finishes.
     (ii)   Any products that have been improperly cleaned, or exposed to corrosive air, hard water, outdoor use, and natural disaster.
     (iii)  The Crystal and Acrylic portions of any product
     (iv)  Any additional expenses, including, but not limited to, shipping costs, labor costs, and damages. The warranty applies to the product only.

RETURNS

Merchandise may only be returned with approval from Alno, Inc. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase and are subject to a 25% restocking fee + shipping, unless the product has been deemed defective.

All Special Order items are made-to-order and are non-cancellable / non-returnable.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AT TIME OF INITIAL PURCHASE.

FREIGHT

All orders are FOB our warehouse. Shipments will be made by the most expeditious and economical means available to us unless specific shipping instructions are indicated.

Alno, Inc. will drop ship within the United States for no additional charge. Incorrect addresses provided will be charged an $18.00 address correction fee.

Alno, Inc. must be notified of shortages within 14 days from the date of invoice. No claims will be accepted beyond this time. Damage claims for merchandise received broken or damaged must be made within 7 days of receipt.
